At Velliero, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition with accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

To request a return, contact support@velliero.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and assessed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
